The best flat stomach exercise is simply exercise. It is not sit-ups or ab crunches or the Ab Swing machine. It is simply exercise.
Building a fat stomach is about losing your belly flab. However you cannot spot reduce your abs, meaning, you can't lose stomach fat just by doing crunches. If you want to lose your belly fat and get six-pack abs you have to lose fat all over your body. The best way to do this is by simply exercising.
You can boost your metabolism and burn more calories by doing cardio exercises or by weight training. Either way, exercise consistently to see results. If you keep at it, you will lose the fat and finally get the flat stomach you want.
